i met with my class partner, allison, at a halfway point for us in greenfield, mass (it's fun going through 3 states in one day, weird but cool) at this hipster-esque coffee shop- the brass buckle. i got a bit lost coming off I-91 S b/c there was a triangular rotary right off the exit and it seemed like it just went back onto the hwy if i went to the third exit. but that's just my incredible directional sense:) after that i got a bit more confused b/c the coffee shop was supposed to be on the left but all the numbers were odd (the address is 204 main st) but then i drove some more and the numbers switched sides. not helpful at all. but i did eventually make it there.
main street was pretty cute but i didn't spend much time looking around (other than the 3rd u-turn i made).
i got a small coffee (the hugeeee mug is allison's). a small coffee was $1.50. phew. i also eventually got a whole wheat bagel with their rosemary jalapeno cream cheese. yum! their food sounded tasty (they have a pulled pork kimchi sandwich!), but i had to get back on the rd to get work done, maybe another time.
it's a snowy monday today. but at least last day of fall classes! finally. got to make yogurt pumpkin dip for my presentation tmrw!
